Great place to get fitter with friendly and helpful trainers . Lots of classes to choose from .
Convenient location, plenty of free parking outside, excellent clean facilities, friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent atmosphere for training. No grunting weights area - suitable for all. Good range of classes. Have really appreciated the 1 hr per month personal coaching. Best investment of time and money (in myself) in recent years. 8kg lost so far. No more beta blockers. Blood pressure normal.
Gym has recently been decorated, which is nice, but has no clocks on the wall so you have to check your phone constantly for the time. During my initial few weeks, half the machines available were broken meaning nothing suitable available with just 3 people in the gym. Also, my gym trainer didn't turn up to booked session. I'm very disappointed given the relatively expensive membership fee. I'm now being continuously harassed by phone calls during the working day despite written and verbal requests to stop.
