I came to the Hatt clinic because I had a persistent niggle in my back that was holding me back from rowing. Im an avid rower and compete on a regular basis so I consider it really important that Im in good health. Id been to see a few other physiotherapists before but have never had the attention to detail and personal approach that I got from Hatt Health and Movement. They mapped out a thorough treatment plan for me and we set a goal to not only get rid of my back pain but also join their S&C programme which massively benefitted my rowing performance. Ive been rowing for 2 years now and have been working towards getting into the first boat at my local club and after just 4 weeks of S&C, I finally got bumped up to the first boat! A huge thanks to everyone at Hatts for helping me get there! Ill definitely be coming back.
All about the money which is a great shame. The Pilates instructor is great, however unfortunately the main office have a very short sighted view on customer services. I could not attend 1 session due to a sick child after vaccinations of which I said I would provide them evidence but they were not interested and told me I lost my money for that session as it was short notice. I had never let them down before. This has made me feel incredibly alienated and upset as I loved the class and the experience of the instructor was awesome! However i have no choice but to look elsewhere as I do not what to give money to an organisation that clearly does not care about real life situations. It is a shame as for the sake of 1 session they have lost all my future business, which I relayed to them but they did not care, which again seemed silly as their sessions were very low in numbers.
